Q: How much time will it take to deliver my order?

A: We usually commit 3-5 working days for all standard products to be delivered accross Pakistan.

 

Q: Will I be asked for approval before my customized order?

A: Yes Absolutely. For all customized orders, we share a mock design first for your approval, if you want changes in the design, our team will make them. It will be only sent to production once you approve it.

 

Q: Is there any Shipping Charges?

A: Yes, 200 Rs are charged for shipping charges

 


Q: Can we customize our own Lamps/Neon Signs?

A: Yes, You can share your desired design or text with our team, and they will make it exactly like you want to.

 

Q: What kind of designs can be customized?

A: any kind of logo, clipart, picture or text can use in Custom Lamps.

 

Q: what are the charges for customization?

A: Custom design can vary from order to order. Charges are decided as per design.

 

Q: How many days does it take for customized order to deliver after placing order?

A: 8-10 working days

 

Q: What is the procedure of customized lamps?

A: First place your order by sharing your Name, contact, address and your custom design. Our design team will share a projection of your design. Once you are satisfied with the projection, your custom design will be sent for production.

 

Q: Is there any refund/replacement policy?

A: Yes, you can find more details by checking our our Refund Policy.

 

Q: Do you offer any warranty?

A: Yes we offer 12 months warranty for our standard Base and Frame Lamps and 3 months warranty for Neon signs.

 

Q: What if I receive my order incomplete or damaged?

A: You can contact our customer support team and they lodge your complaint. You will be fully compensated for incomplete and damaged package.
